WhereArtI Quiz – 29th May

Where have I sketched this week?

An impressive tower, which isn’t alone in it’s beauty.

Leave your answer as a comment below, your entry will not show up until I reveal the answer in 24 hours. I will pick a random winner from all correct entries to win a prize.

The prize is a set of six Edinburgh post cards, each featuring a sketched scene from the city.

Keep an eye on my facebook and twitter feeds for clues if they are needed, and remember you can also see my weekly competition in the printed version of the Edinburgh Evening News each Monday.

Keep looking up and noticing the beauty in the everyday, you never know where I will be sketching next!

  1. WhereArtI answer : 29th May
This week’s answer is Palmerston Place Church, one of two identical towers in the heart of the West End of Edinburgh. Postcard prize goes to Alison B this week and I will have another teaser on Monday morning. Enjoy your week, Mark ES

  2. Is it either Margaret or Hilda, one of the twin spires of St Mary’s Episcopal Cathedral?

  3. OK, can’t resist a challenge… one of the towers of Palmerston Place Church.

That building has quite a severe facade, thank you for reminding us always to look for beauty in details.

  4. I think it’s one of the twin towers of St Cuthbert’s parish church at the West End of Princes St.
