Pencil starter
A rainy cold morning in Stockbridge.
People busying about heading to work. Rainy days suit my watercolours, blending colours but sticking to a few key hues for atmosphere. Using pencil instead of pen gives a softer look.
Below are a couple of close ups, I love a close up in a painting, strong colours and bold shapes. I’d like to make these into prints too.
