There is something about the old red telephone boxes that attracts the eye, especially when they get together. I remember staying in Kingston, Surrey and the only thing I remember about the rather drab town centre was this artwork by David Mach of telephone boxes lying on each other like dominoes.

The three I have drawn today are on Edinburgh’s Royal Mile, and judging by the attention they received whilst I was there, they appear in many a tourist’s photo.
