Monday 17th February
Can you tell me where I have sketched this week?
This doorway caught my eye whilst travelling through the city, but can you name the shop?
Leave your answer in the comment box below. Your comment will not show up until I reveal the answer, which I will do so before the end of the day.
I will pick a random winner from all correct entries and they will go on to the ‘Winners wall’ for the month. At the end of the month one of those on the wall will be picked to receive a prize.
The prize for February is one of my screen printed tea towels featuring a sketch of The Shore in Leith.
Your comment will not show up until the winner is announced. Keep an eye on my facebook and twitter feeds for clues if they are needed later today, and I will pick a winner for the Winners Wall before the end of the day.
I hope you join us to play along and keep looking up and noticing the beauty in the everyday, you never know where I will be sketching next!
If you would like to buy a tea towel you can find them in my Etsy shop.
Hi Grant,
Congratulations, you have won this week’s WhereArtI quiz with your correct answer of the World of Wizardry shop on South Bridge. You will go into the monthly draw for a prize and I will be in touch at the end of the month if you have won.
All the best, and thanks for playing WhereArtI

#WhereArtI Answer – Monday 17th February: This doorway is on South Bridge, and the shop you can see is the Harry Potter themed ‘World of Wizardry’. Grant Telford goes into the February prize draw. Another mystery location next Monday

World of Wizardry shop in Victoria Street.
That would be the World of Wizardry on the South Bridge.
Is it the World of Wizardry on South Bridge Street?
Cheers
Grant
Galaxy on South Bridge! “Scrubs up well in an ES sketch”!
It’s Galaxy, (magic and sci-fi, the school of wizardry etc) on South Bridge. Just along from old Playfair!
