Grassmarket into the Cowgate…?
Rutland Street? I think
From outside the Mountbatten building and computer centre of the Heriot-Watt University in the seventies, looking East with the top of the George IV library peeking out over the top of the buildings in Cowgatehead. Or, maybe a little closer to Armstrongs clothing shop.
That is, Grassmarket East end.
Grassmarket, looking up to the Coogate and the monstrosity of the virgin hotel cranes!
I believe it is Grassamrket looking towards the Central Library/Cowgate direction.
