This week’s prize for the final week this year, is a set of six Edinburgh Christmas cards, each featuring a sketched scene from the city.

  1. I think your sketch this week is of the Polish memorial in Princes Street Gardens. My grandfather was Polish and had to be very brave in the 2nd world war, so I think of him of course whenever I see this lovely statue.

  2. A real favourite – this is the “Wojtek the Soldier Bear” memorial statue in (West) Princes Street Gardens.

  3. I know this one! It’s the Polish bear at the middle gate for Princes St gardens. Love this sketch. X

  4. Wojtek the Polish bear and soldier statue in Princes Streer Gardens. I used to have my work lunch at the bench opposite them and enjoy watching people take photos with him.🐻
